The European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), which represents patients, health professionals and scientific societies of rheumatology, has posted an invitation to the 9th meeting of the European Parliament Interest Group on Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases (midday, June 26th 2012, room A7F387, Altiero Spinelli Building, European Parliament, Rue Wiertz 60, Brussels). The Interest Group hopes to help develop an EU strategy on chronic diseases. The meeting will be attended by various MEPs, and aims to discuss the status of pain in the EU policy debate; issues in pain and pain policies at national level; and the link between rheumatological muscular disease and pain.
