The AIDS Health Foundation (AHF) predicts that more than 20,000 HIV advocates will attend the July 20th International AIDS Conference in Washington DC. The AHF and over a thousand organizations from 78 countries plan a pre-conference march to remind governments around the world to remain focused on AIDS. The march will also be a call for universal access to HIV treatment, for more efficient use  of funding from sources like PEPFAR [the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief], for full financing of the Global Fund [Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria], and for lower prices on lifesaving HIV medications.
